Chris McMurrough

Chris McMurrough joined SRS Distribution in 2016, initially focusing on the building products side and spending four years as the Vice President of the Northeast Region. He played a crucial role in integrating and accelerating the growth of key acquisitions, doubling the region's size, and strategically opening greenfields to expand the regional footprint. In March 2020, Chris transitioned to Heritage Landscape Supply as the Chief Operating Officer, where he was instrumental in successfully integrating nearly two dozen acquisitions and launching over 40 greenfields. His passion lies in building elite leadership teams dedicated to relentless growth, with a strong emphasis on diversity, empowerment, and execution. Before SRS, Chris had a 20-year career in Food Manufacturing, progressing from entry-level management to Vice President of Operations for one of the largest business units in the U.S.
