AGC Irrigation Supply and North Shore Sprinkler Supply have joined the Heritage Family of Companies

McKinney, TX – December 10, 2021:

Heritage Landscape Supply Group, Inc. (“Heritage”) announced today that it has acquired AGC Irrigation Supply (“AGC”) and North Shore Sprinkler Supply (“North Shore”), independent distributors of irrigation, lighting, and other related landscape products and accessories.

Headquartered in Holbrook, New York, AGC was founded in 2005 and is currently led by Jeff Lawlor. Headquartered in Holtsville, New York, North Shore was founded in 1972 by Paul Merzbacher and is led today by his son, Dave Merzbacher. AGC employs a team of nine people and operates a second location ~40 miles east of Holbrook in Water Mill to service the Hamptons market. North Shore employs a team of 11 people out of its Holtsville headquarters. Jeff Lawlor and Dave Merzbacher will continue to lead their respective loyal employee bases going forward, ensuring continuity and consistency for customer and supplier partners.
