Lee Scheer

Lee Scheer, the Eastern Region Vice President at Heritage, manages 10 of our branded companies and joined the team in June 2021. With a robust 23-year background in the landscape industry, his journey began at age 18, initially as a customer of Automatic Irrigation. After graduating from Indiana University with a B.A. in Biology and an M.B.A. from Lipscomb University's Pfeffer Graduate School of Business, Lee gained valuable experience as Account Manager at Brickman and later owned a landscape company in Nashville, TN, focusing on maintenance and design-build projects, which he sold in 2015. He entered landscape distribution in 2016, bringing a wealth of industry knowledge and leadership skills to Heritage.

• Started working in the landscape industry at 18 years of age – 23 years in the industry – originally bought irrigation supplies from Automatic Irrigation, a Heritage Company
• Worked with Brickman after college as an Account Manager
• Owned a local landscape company in Nashville TN focusing on maintenance and small scale design build projects – selling the business in 2015
• Started in landscape distribution in 2016 and joining Heritage in June of 2021 as Eastern Regional Vice President
