Atlanta Landscape Materials has joined the Heritage Family of Companies

McKinney, TX – February 5, 2021:

Heritage Landscape Supply Group, Inc. (“Heritage”) announced today that it has acquired Atlanta Landscape Materials (“Atlanta Landscape” or the “Company”), a family-owned distributor of aggregates, stone, and other landscape products. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, Atlanta Landscape was founded in 1983 by brothers Dan & Michael Perry. Dan will continue to lead the Company’s long-tenured employee base under the Atlanta Landscape Materials banner, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers and supplier partners.
